Experience You Can Trust. Guidance You Can Use.

Kellie Cunningham Sipos

Kellie has spent most of her working life in barns, arenas, board meetings, and grant portals—often in the same week. For roughly twenty-five years she served as Founder and Executive Director of Saddle Up Riding Club, where she built programs from the ground up, taught lessons, trained volunteers, cared for horses, and looked for the funding that keeps the gates open.

That experience is the heart of Equi-Thrive Consulting. Kellie understands the realities of operating a mission-driven organization because she has lived them: she has managed programs, worked directly with participants and families, coordinated volunteers, cared for horses, supported and guided boards, developed fundraising strategies, and searched for the funding necessary to keep programs operating.

She is a PATH International Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor, a PATH International Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning, and a PEMF Practitioner. She is also the author of equine activity books, workbooks, and educational resources created for instructors, volunteers, and participants.

Today, Kellie brings that same practical, encouraging approach to other organizations—helping program leaders build strong structures, write honest and compelling grant applications, and plan for growth they can sustain.

Equi-Thrive Consulting was created to help mission-driven organizations move from feeling overwhelmed to having a clear, practical path forward.
